I did stumble upon my friend, Sze Ching's Friendster blog (I'm gonna add a link to it sometime tomorrow) and, well, what she wrote about me in her blog, I dunno what to say, but I'm really flattered. Here's the excerpt of it from her blog:
well joe, if you're reading this, i went through your postings in detail after i sent u the message. and i must say that you have evoked a sense of envy in me on what you do all the time! you have met so many sorts of people, so many friends, so many opportunities, thanks to your beloved mother...compared to me! We're both the same age, but what have i done that is worth feeling your degree of satisfaction and passion? we've both been in 'Jalan Impian', yet you came out gaining more from it than me. you have to be proud about yourself for this joe! well, i guess this only comes natural to you^-^. i'm sorry if i sound envious......
And your songs and poems, they are lovely. it's not everyday i meet a person who really takes the effort to pen down what it is in their hearts. Not many people can have such intensity in their feelings to overflow into the tips of their pens. keep the pen flowing joe. you have a new supporter^.^
Well, I already commented about it in her blog, but all I can say is, once again, thank you so much for writing that, Sze Ching. Trust me on this when I say that I'm very proud and privileged to have such a great friend like you.Guess I have to end it here already. Am feeling so drowsy at the moment. I need sleep.
